Mothers and Ink East African Engagement Project II

Participants from Horn of Africa communities based at the Carlton Housing Estate engaged in regular skills development and creative expression with TOP tutors. As part of our Creative Capacity Program here in Kulin Country, this project is supported by the Victorian Government through Arts Victoria. With two exhibitions in 2014 we celebrated the works and connections made to date in the Mothers and Ink Project II:
